Pizza split

You order a pizza from A1-Discount Pizza Delivers. They are incredibly cheap, but the pizza quality leaves something to be desired. The pizza you get is completely deformed (not anything close to a circle, although it does not have and sharp corners at least). What's more, there is only a single piece of pepperoni, place somewhere on the pizza.

Is it possible to divide the pizza between you and your roommate so by making a single cut through the pizza resulting in two pieces which have the same amount of pizza, and exactly half of the pepperoni?
