My solution for this problem:

- Number ten bags from 1 to 10.

- Take 1 coin from bag numbered 1,

2 coins from bag numbered 2,
3 coins from bag numbered 3,
             ...
10 coins from bag numbered 10.

- Put these 55 coins on the scale. If there weren't any bag which has fake coins, the scale would display 1+2+3+...+10 = 55 ounces. But there is one bag (let's consider it numbered x) with fake coins, the displayed number will be 0.1*x less than 55, or 55-0,1*x, because a fake coin weighs less than a real coin 0.1 ounces.
